In recent years,graphene based silver nanoparticles composites and graphene gold nanoparticles composites synthesis has been rapidly developed and widely used in the development of electrochemical biosensors.But silver nanoparticles in the preparation of graphene based or gold nanoparticles composites still exist many problems in complex process such as serious pollution,high energy consumption and other issues.60Co gamma(gamma ray irradiation)technology not only has the characteristics of uniform,efficient,low pollution,but also can brake particle size at higher irradiation doses.According to our previous study,gamma ray can induce the growth of small molecular layer and exfoliation of graphite oxide.And due to stripping of graphite oxide layer between the confinement effect,effectively reduce happended in the particle size at the same time.In addition,we found that during irradiation,irradiation of different media can be effectively controlled oxidation.The reduction degree of graphene oxide and the size and shape of metal particles,therefore,the gamma ray irradiation method is expected to become an ideal preparation scheme for graphene based silver nanoparticles composite and graphene based nanoparticles composite.First,we studied the different concentration of isopropanol and polyvinylpyrrolidone under irradiation of silver nitrate imidazole intercalated graphite oxide precursor layer induced by silver nanoparticles growth to obtain different reduction degree of different scale morphology of graphene based silver nanoparticles composite materials.The test results indicated different surface reduction alcohol could effectively promote oxidation of graphite in gamma irradiation,polyvinylpyrrolidone could reduce the size of silver nanoparticles and silver nanoparticles to uniform morphology.We found that the graphite oxide samples of high degree,the small size of the silver nanoparticles with feedback current signal of nitrite is high.The best modified electrode sample's detection limit is 0.24 M,and is selective detection of nitrite.Then we studied different concentration of isopropanol under irradiation.Tests shown that isopropanol could control the reduction degree of graphene oxide and the nano particles with the accuracy of the fund,the electric conductivity of the samples was reduced with the degree of improvement the modified electrode samples.But current feedback on hydrogen peroxide appears with the increase of reduction degree was at first decreased and then increased.The detection limit of best electrode modified by samples and cancer cell antibody about cancer cell antigen was 15.8pg,and the electrode has targeted to cancer cells with selective antigen detection. |
