Study On The Influencing Factors Of Reproducibility Of Reactive Dyes

Mid-energy reactive dyes have a wide color spectrum,which has bright-color,strong color-fastness,and convenience of application,so it is the main dye for cellulose dyeing.But actually,the dyeing of cellulose fibers in production has poor reproducibility,so color difference and cylinder difference are easy produced,resulting in high levels of remodification,and straightly affect the cost of producing and pollutant emissions.This article mainly study the effect of the differences of raw metrical dyestuff glinders and operators on the reproducibility of cellulose fiber reailive dyes.The paper collected a large amount of basis raw data in the actual production,then making the classification and sum-up.The related factors were analyzed through the application of mathematical statisticsand the significant factors resulting in color difference were identified ultimately.The main factors were analyzed and the recommendations of solutions were brought forward,In order to process repeatability of producing,the process was appropriately adjusted,including the equipment,the management and several other factors.The results of the experiment indicated that using the methods of mathematical statistics can analyze the influencing factors more intuitively,The results showed that the factor of dyestuff is the most important factor in Textile Factory First Juxinfeng workshop produced.the factors influence the reproducibility of dyeing in the study from great to small as follows:dyes>operator>materials>cylinder difference.Based on above results in the production corresponding measures can be put forward to decrease the differences between color and cylinders.It will not only meet the needs of the market in small quantities,multi-variety and quick delivery requirements,also it will reduce the cost of water,electricity,gas,dyes and other resources Simultaneously,it will improve the production efficiency effectively and reducing the production costs significantly.
