Biomass resources are satisfactory resources that human beings can exploit and utilize.2,5-Furandicarboxylic acid(FDCA)prepared from biomass resources such as hexose or cellulose has a structure that is very similar to that of terephthalic acid.The new furan-based polyester material prepared by FDCA instead of fossil resource prepared by biomass resource method was used to realize the sustainable development of raw material green,green processing,green application and green product.In this paper,Poly(2,4-butylene-1,4-butylene terephthalate)(PBF)and Poly(2,5-furandicarboxylate-ethylene glycol)(PEF)were synthesized by methyl esterification of DMFDCA and FDCA.The influence of polymerization monomer on the molecular weight of polyester was discussed.The degree of polymerization was determined by intrinsic viscosity characterization.The synthesized PBF was subjected to electrospinning.Trifluoroacetic acid(TFA)and dichloromethane(DCM)were used as the solvent,and the concentration of the spinning solution was set at 10-18 wt%,and the spinning voltage was 15-30 kV and received The distance of 10-20cm,the speed of 0.8ml/h for spinning,PBF fiber morphology changes.Characterized the fiber membrane pore size distribution,mechanical properties,acid,UV,air filtration performance.PEF and PBF pilot scale up,and the polymerization process of temperature curve analysis to explore the synthesis of key transesterification temperature and polycondensation temperature.The furan-based polyester and terephthalate-based polyester fiber membranes were compared in their hydrophilicity,air filtration performance,and air filtration ability of electret modified furan-based polyester films.The differences of filtration in air filtration between different polyesters were studied.The properties of two kinds of materials were analyzed with air filtration principle and modified by electret.Furfural polyester can further improve the electrostatic adsorption and enhance furan polyester fiber membrane air filtration performance.
