| With the improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to the health of the waist.At present,the waist support is widely used in medical and sports fields and has not been widely applied to the Waist care and shaping in daily life and work,especially in The research on the pressure comfort of the waist support that consumers are most concerned about is still not perfect.This topic studies the structure,fabric performance and pressure comfort of waist support,and provides some theoretical basis for the future research and development of waist protection clothing.The main contents include the following aspects:First of all,according to the function and structural characteristics of waist support and the human body waist shape,the basic model of the health waist protection is obtained by means of three-dimensional cutting.Secondly,the mechanical properties of the selected fabrics were tested and analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn that the elongation of the four fabrics is more than 100%,which meets the requirement of the waist support for fabric elasticity.The elastic elongation and elastic recovery rate of spandex blended fabric increased with the increase of spandex content.The compression ratio power decreased with the increase of spandex content.The more the spandex content,the weaker the fabric’s fluffy feeling.The latitudinal surface roughness and the average dynamic friction coefficient of the experimental fabric are larger than that in the radial direction.The surface roughness increases first and then decreases with the increase of spandex content,while the average coefficient of kinetic friction is the opposite.With the increase of spandex content,the wrinkle recovery of the blended fabric first increases and then decreases,and the softness increases with the increase of spandex content to some extent.Then,the basic model was scaled by 50%,60%,70%and 80%,and samples were made.Test and analyze the pressure of the sample clothes on the female model of 165/86A,The results showed that The sample pressure of each test point with the same fabrics and different scaling ratios has a significant correlation,the larger the sample size,the smaller the pressure at each test point,and the pressure difference between the test points becomes smaller and smaller.The larger the fabric elasticity,the smaller the pressure of the test points with the same shrinkage rate.The lower the spandex content and the smaller the elasticity,the faster the pressure value of the same fabric sample will change with the shrinkage rate.Comparison of the same sample of different measurement points,50%,60%and 70%shrinkage rate of the samples,the pressure distribution of the test points is similar,the pressure value of the waist point F is the largest,followed by the abdominal point C,then point B,point A,point D,while the middle point G of the rear waist is the least pressure.The pressure of each test point in the 80%shrinkage rate samples was small,and the effect on the waist was weak.The sides of the waist and the belly protrusion of the human body are areas that are obviously compressed when wearing the waist.Therefore,when designing the waist,we should properly reduce the pressure on both sides of the waist support and ventral protrusion.Finally,SPSS regression analysis method was used to analyze the regression relationship between the elasticity of the fabric,the shrinking rate of the samples,and the wearing pressure.The regression equation was obtained:pressure = 0.582-0.325*shrinkage rate-0.253*elongation.The multi-objective programming method of MATLAB software was used to optimize the regression relationship.The optimal scheme is obtained in the range of pressure comfort:when the elastic elongation of fabric is 117.31%and the sample shrinkage rate is 70%,the effect and comfort of waist support can be optimized. |
