Tap water terminal water filtration membrane,because of its practical and large demand and popularity with consumers,gets more attention by researchers.Currently on the market that home water filter commonly use multi-layer filter media such as activated carbon,meal wheat stone,zeolite,quartz and other particles as the filter layer of tap water purification.At the end of the filter layer,the filter memberane with small aperture and high filtration efficience is aslo more and more widely used.In the process of water filtration membrane production,the small aperture and high porosity manufacturing technology and composite technology are important factors which affect the application performance of water filtration membrane.Based on the existing water terminal membrane production technology,multi-needle electrospinning technique was used to prepare nanofiber membrane and then the laminated composite technology with polyester mesh and activated carbon viscose fiber mat was used to combine together to develop high performance chitosan electrospinning filtered hybrid membranes to explore the production of filter thayt more efficient,which was more excellent performance of the water terminal filter.CS/PVA composite nanofiber membrane was prepared by using multi-needle electrospinning equipment.The optimal voltage in the electrospinning process was determined by photographing the nanofiber membrane diameter size and CV value by photographing electron microscopy.At the same time the spinning solution of PVA and the optimum mass fraction ratio of CS was explored out.Among them,the optimum spinning voltage is 25kV-29kV,and the best PVA mass fraction is 6%in which the mass ratio of CS:PVA is 1:5.Through the analysis,the fiber diameter of the nanofiber membrane will be thinner with the increase of the voltage,and will also receive different degrees of influence as the spinning solution changes.The thickness,pore size and porosity of CS/PVA nanofiber membrane were tested.The water flux and filtration efficiency of CS/PVA nanofiber membrane combined with polyester mesh and activated carbon nanofiber mat were tested and compared with those of CS/PVA nanofiber membrane.Bacteria were cultured according to the national standard by shaking method.The antimicrobial test and bacterial filtration analysis of CS/PVA nanofiber membrane and chitosan electrospun mixed membrane were carried out.Through the test analysis,when the thickness of CS/PVA nanofiber membrane is 37.6?m,the antibacterirate can reach 58.77%,meanwhile the bacterial rejection rate of chitosan electrospun hybrid membrane can reach 100%.The chitosan electrospun water filtration hybrid membrane prepared which prepared by the preliminary study that meets the basic requirements of tap water terminal filtration and this experiment provides a new idea for developing a new type of filtration terminal filtration market with simple production process and low cost.
