In recent years,the production of textile and clothing is developing rapidly,and printing and dyeing is the key technology in the apparel production chain,but the resulting wastewater,printing and dyeing wastewater,is a very complex wastewater.The properties of the wastewater are very different,and the treatment methods are also different.The traditional method of treatment is the combination of physicochemical and biochemical.In this paper,a kind of titanium doped Bioglass material is designed and synthesized,which can remove dyes from aqueous solution by adsorption and photocatalytic properties of materials.The research has certain theoretical significance and application value.The concrete results are as follows:Titanium doped Bioglass(BG-Ti)was prepared by a simple method under mild conditions(room temperature and atmospheric pressure).The sample structure was characterized by TEM,FT-IR,nitrogen adsorption and XPS.The results show that the shape of the material is spherical with different sizes.The BET specific surface area of the prepared material is 303 m2/g,and titanium metal is doped into Bioglass material successfully.In this paper,the adsorption properties of titanium doped Bioglass materials(BG-Ti-n,n=1?5)for methylene blue(MB),neutral red(NR)and Congo red(CR)dyes were discussed.The results showed that when the initial dye concentration was 20 mg/L,the theoretical maximum adsorption capacity of BG-Ti-2 adsorption,NR,CR MB 20.1 mg/g,17.9 mg/g and 20.7 mg/g respectively.The adsorption process of BG-Ti on three kinds of dyes are in accord with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm and kinetic model analysis showed that the adsorption behavior of BG-Ti on the three kinds of dyes are in line with the quasi two level dynamic model.In addition,the adsorption thermodynamics results showed that the adsorption process of BG-Ti on the three kinds of dyes were spontaneous endothermic and entropy increase process.The UV photocatalytic properties,regeneration and antibacterial properties of the materials for different types of dyes were investigated.The experimental results show that BG-Ti has a certain photocatalytic degradation activity for the dyes of MB,NR and CR.After 5 times of regeneration,BG-Ti still has good regeneration performance,and the removal rate is kept above 69%,and it can be recycled many times.The test results of antibacterial properties showed that the BG-Ti material was antibacterial.The results show that the prepared titanium doped Bioglass material of methylene blue(MB),neutral red(NR)and Congo red(CR)has three kinds of dye adsorption properties,good photocatalytic activity and regeneration performance and certain antibacterial properties,is expected to be used in the field of environmental remediation.
