The whole puncture carbon/carbon composite material is a new type of high temperature resistant material.It has excellent structure and high fiber volume content.It is an excellent substrate for making high performance structural materials and thermal protection materials.It is widely used in aerospace,Chemical,automotive,medical and other high-tech fields.As the carbon fiber three-dimensional fabric molding process is complex,the technical difficulty is high,at present our overall puncture molding carbon fiber three-dimensional weaving equipment to semi-mechanical,semi-automatic equipment,and some even manual operation.Based on the existing working space and the structural characteristics of the woven satin carbon cloth,the carbon cloth conveying device is designed and designed on the basis of the existing punching and pressing equipment of the laminated woven carbon cloth whole Research,mainly including the following aspects:A carbon cloth conveying device suitable for a laminated woven carbon cloth integral puncture machine is designed and developed.The device mainly comprises a deflecting device,a tension control device,a feeding device,a control cloth device and a cloth pressing device;the feeding device comprises a ball Screw drive,the use of cantilevered structure,easy to feed device into and out of the area,pressure cloth device using a two-axis cylinder as a telescopic platform,simple structure,easy to control;between the various devices to complete the carbon cloth delivery.Through ANSYS on the key parts of the static analysis,and through the ANSYS ball screw on the modal fan,to avoid resonance.The motion of the crank slider is analyzed by the complex vector method and the MATLAB program,and the motion simulation is carried out by ADAMS,and the analysis result is verified.The discontinuous unwinding tension model is established,and the linear relationship model between tension fluctuation and discontinuous acceleration is deduced.The influence of unwinding speed,roll diameter and other factors on the tension stability of unwinding is studied.Using the adaptive PID control algorithm,the obtained emissive tension simulation curve has the characteristics of fast response,high stability and small overshoot,and the tension fluctuates obviously.Under the same acceleration condition,the tension fluctuation increases with the decrease of the winding diameter.Under the same coil diameter,the tension fluctuation is linearly related to the acceleration.
