| Asymmetric catalysis has attracted great attention in recent years.This field has also become a hot spot in the fields of chemistry,medicine and biology.The metal catalyzed asymmetric reaction has become one of the most popular chemical research fields in recent decades.Great progresses have been made in theory and application.This article mainly introduces the research and application in metal catalytic asymmetric reactions.This article mainly contains two parts:(1)Organic azides are a very valuable class of compounds and versatile molecules in chemical synthesis.A Cu-catalyzed asymmetric dearomative azidation ofβ-naphthols was realized for the first time.A number of chiralα-azidoβ-naphthalenones bearing diverse functional groups were obtained in excellent yields(up to 99%)and with moderate to high enantioselectivities(up to 89%ee)by using a readily available N3-transfer reagent.(2)The design and synthesis of a new type of chiral NNN ligand is introduced.Four ligands bearing different substituent groups were generated,and a variety of metal complexes have been synthesized subsequently through two different methods.The formed catalystes were successfully applied to the asymmetric fluorination ofβ-ketoesters,which achieved the corresponding products with good yields and enantioselectivities. |
