Development Of Aerospace-applied And Highly Efficient Environmentally Friendly Glufosinate Water

With the development of agricultural mechanization and the rise of human labor costs,the spraying pesticide by unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)has become the trend of agricultural development in our country.UAV praying has many characteristics,such as safety,high efficiency,water saving.It will usher in explosive growth in our country.However,due to the high flying height of the UAV.In the process of pesticide droplet deposition to the plant leaves,the droplets are easy to be evaporated and drifted.Therefore,the development of aviation special dosage forms will be a major trend of agricultural development in China.Glufosinate-ammonium is a kind of herbicide with high efficiency,low toxicity and easy to be degraded.With the prohibition of the paraquat and 10% glyphosate,the glufosinate-ammonium began to be favored.However,the application of glufosinate-ammonium in aviation has not been reported.In this paper,through the screening experiments,the 18% glufosinate-ammonium aqueous solution has been prepared,which can effectively improve the effect of weeding and reduce the pollution to the ecological environment.The research contents are as follows: according to the physical and chemical properties of glufosinate-ammonium,the anionic dispersants AES and SD-816 were rearranged with 370 as the thickener,and the glufosinate-ammonium aqueous solutiou can form a uniform and transparent solution.After a series of screening tests,the optimal formula of the glufosinate-ammonium was determined,including 18% glufosinate-ammonium,1.2% AES,1.8% SD-816,4% 370,3% ethylene glycol,0.1% ammonia water,0.1% organic silicon defoamers,and water.The dispersibility,wettability and stability of the 18% glufosinate-ammonium were tested and analyzed.The results showed that all the properties of the aqueous solution could meet the technical requirements of pesticide aqueous solution.Considering the spray adjuvants on particle diameter,surface tension,the density of droplets,inhibition of droplets evaporation and combining with the experiments of outdoor UAV aerial spray and endogenous test results,the most suitable spray adjuvants were selected from Silwet DRS60,TERMIX5920,AG-910,Maidao and SD – 90.The results showed that 18% glufosinate-ammonium with 1% the spray adjuvants SD-90 can effectively improve the effect of weeding and reduce the pollution to the ecological environment.As a result,the application of this glufosinate-ammonium used in aviation spray is very promising,and it also provides a research idea for the development of aerosol dosage forms.
