Preparation And Stability Study Of 75% Snailamine Wettable Powder

WP is a dosage form with long history,mature technology and convenient use in pesticide preparations.Although production and processing are prone to dust,storage and other problems,due to the versatility and advancement of equipment,it is still one of the indispensable dosage forms in agricultural production.Niclosamide is the only chemical molluscicide recommended by the World Health Organization(WHO),and it is also the only on-site molluscicidal drug used in our country;it is also one of the important methods for preventing and treating schistosomiasis in China.Due to different production processes,products containing different impurity components,application of different environments,water quality,resulting in fulcic amine ethanolamine salt wettable powder during the dilution process of flocculation,discoloration,small block precipitation,clogging the nozzle and other issues,we cannot get the ideal application effect.The research and development of high-quality formulations with stable quality,deflocculation and no discoloration have a broad market prospect.Entrusted by Jiangsu Lake Chemical Co.,Ltd.,we studied the preparation of 75% niclosamide wettable powder.Due to the high content of the original drug preparations and the small filling space of the additives and fillers,it is difficult to develop the formulations.In this paper,a series of research methods were used to prepare a 75% niclosamide WP with stable performance and all indexes were in compliance with the standards.The problems occurred during its use were also studied.The content and results of this study are as follows:(1)Development of 75% niclosamide WP.According to the formulation requirements of the wettable powder,combined with the physicochemical properties of the chloric acid salt of ethanolamine,through the screening of dispersant,wetting agent,deflocculant and carrier filler,the best formula for screening 75% of niclosamide WP is: Procyanidamine ethanolamine salt original drug 91%,dispersant SD-819 1%,SD-720 5.5%,wetting agent wet-88 0.5%,anti flocculant sodium tripolyphosphate 1%,white carbon black Fill the fill.The results showed that the obtained preparation had no flocculation and discoloration,and the heat storage was stable and the suspension rate was greater than 90%.All the indexes were in accordance with the quality requirements of the wettable powder.(2)The indoor snail killing test was performed on 75% niclosamide WP to verify its molluscicidal effect,which proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the formulation.(3)Analyzed the reasons of discoloration of the preparation of niclosamide,the effect of fineness on the preparation during the production and processing,and the influence of temperature,water quality and pH on the discoloration of the preparation.
