Polyvinylidene fluoride?PVDF?is an organic piezoelectric material. It can be widely used in capacitors,inverters,sensors,lithium-ion batteries, piezoelectric sensors and infrared imaging and other military and biomedical fields.Compared with the traditional ceramic ferroelectric materials,PVDF has good electrical properties of iron voltage, high mechanical strength, good flexibility, good chemical stability and can be easily prepared in low temperature etc. However, there are also some disadvantages of PVDF,including high dielectric loss, high coercive field which makes PVDF difficult to be polarized and can be prepared only under low temperature. These shortcomings restrict the application of PVDF.Fortunately, ferroelectric ceramic/polymer composite has been considered as a new type of polymer composite material because of its excellent endurance and wide working temperature region. Some electrical properties and ferromagnetism can be improved greatly in ferroelectric ceramic/polymer composite by adding some ferroelectric ceramic. It can be applied to the manufacture of high-density data storage devices,if ferromagnetic and ferromagnetic coexistence can be achieved at the same time. This kind of material is called a multiferroic material, which can provide additional degrees of freedom for the design of various non conventional equipment, for example, polymorphic memory elements and electric field controlled magnetic sensors. It greatly expands the application of multiferroic materials. In addition,it is shown that multiferroic materials have great potential for application in multiple logic information storage devices, micromechanical systems, transducers, sensors, and multifunction electronic devices. This paper takes organic/inorganic composite thin film materials as the research object, introduces and discusses the research progress, application prospects and problems of multiferroic materials, and then explores new multiferroic composite films.PVDF was used as the ferroelectric substrate, doped with different concentrations of multiferroic materials BaFe12O19?BFO?and PbFe12O19?PFO?.The BFO/PVDF and PFO/PVDF composite films were prepared by tap casting. The influence of the content of inorganic powders on the multiferroicity and stability of the composite membrane, and the effect of temperature change and magnetic field on the stability of the composite membrane were studied.During the study, the microstructure of the composite membrane was characterized by means of electron scanning microscope, atomic force microscopy,X-ray diffractometry and Fourier infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the magnetic properties and stability of composite films doped with inorganic powders are improved. The results show that the magnetic properties and the stability of the composite films doped with inorganic powders are improved. The elongation at break of the composite films after being placed in a magnetic oven at 80°C,80°C-40°C,and 2000Oe magnetic field is further studied. The related mechanism is discussed in terms of interaction between inorganic powers and PVDF molecules. This article provides a new method for improving the stability of polymer/ceramics,which is beneficial to the application of ultrafiltration membranes, battery electrodes, biosensors and other devices.
