LNG,that is,liquefied natural gas,will be an important development direction of clean fossil fuels in China in the near future.Whether the monitoring control system is reasonable or not is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of LNG vaporizing stations.At present,LNG vaporizing station monitoring control system has some problems such as complex environment,lagging export pressure and many interference factors.Based on self-pressurizing generalized prediction algorithm,the monitoring control system of LNG vaporizing station is studied and realized.This paper firstly introduces the LNG vaporizing station and its technology systematically,compares several kinds of pressure control methods,and proposes that the self-pressurization method is a control method with high cost performance.Then introduced the self-pressurizing generalized prediction algorithm and theoretical research,and design pressure controller to derive the model.In order to test the function of the algorithm,matlab software was used to simulate the PID algorithm,the fuzzy algorithm and the generalized prediction algorithm.The results show that the generalized prediction algorithm has the advantages of self-adaptability,rapid response and anti-jamming.The rationality of the algorithm is verified.Based on the above theory,a monitoring control system of a LNG vaporizing station was implemented.The characteristics of the vaporizing station are studied.The frame of the monitoring control system is designed according to the corresponding characteristics.The computer is controlled by the second computer.The industrial computer is used as the upper computer.The DP200 with S7 PROFIBUS is linked to the ET200 M,Select the appropriate transmitter and other equipment,the control system uses S7 series PLC,embedded screen and other hardware,using MCGS,STEP7 SMART and other software,based on self-pressurized generalized prediction algorithm for programming,and ultimately completed the entire vaporizing Station monitoring control system design.This article is a complete exploration and research on the monitoring control system of LNG vaporizing station,which is helpful to the reasonable design of the monitoring control system of LNG vaporizing station in the future.
