Faced with fossil energy crisis and environmental problems which automobile exhause emissions,EV(electric vehicles) will become the main tools of transport in the future. However, large-scale electric vehicle access power grid charging will affect the quality of the power grid, increase the power grid load.Therefor,it is necessary to establish EV CMCS (Charging Management Control System) for EV charging management.This paper full consideration charging load management effectiveness and adaptive, so the CMCS is applied to the residential area electric vehicle charging management.The method of combining the Multi-Agent system technology with the time of charge management strategy is proposed to into CMCS and based on JADE charging management platform is designed.First, this paper based on the user travel time and the statistical distribution the mileage, the EV charging models are derived,And using Matlab/Simulink platform built EV changing simulation model.Next,according to the distributed architecture of MAS system and the network structure of the residential electricity management system, the structure of EV charge management MAS system is constructed. In the MAS architecture,design features and the division of tasks layers Agent. And according to the TOU(Time of Use) schedule the start of electric vehicle charging time. After,Complete the method of combining the MAS technology and TOU price charge management strategy achieve process design, charging management interface design,charge management plotform test,JADE platform under the MAS framework simulation process verification.In order to verify the feasibility of the method in Matlab/Simulink and JADE charge management platform design simulation.The simulation results show that under the precondition of not increasing area has distribution capacity, the proposed method can meet the residential parking field charging system requirements.
