Sustainability Evaluation Of Public Projects

The concept of sustainable development has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,with this development,the traditional architectural has been unable to meet the requirements of sustainable development,while those constructions with good sustainability began to come into people’s vision.So the sustainable evaluation of construction projects has become particularly important.Public projects are important public activities and public leisure places,closely related to each person’s life.In recent years,China has been promoting the process of urbanization and the economic strength is gradually strong.Public projects,as a symbol of a city,is also growing.Based on this phenomenon,this article selects the sustainable development of the public project as the research object and then constructs the public project’s sustainability evaluation system and the sustainable appraisal model.Firstly,the essay introduces the related definition of the sustainable evaluation of public projects,and fully understand what is the public project,what is the sustainable evaluation,and summarizes the definition can be used in this paper.The next is to describe the related speculative knowledge,evaluation methodology,evaluation tool.Based on this description,we can confirm the content of sustainability evaluation of public projects,the concrete index of sustainability evaluation of public projects and the sustainable evaluation system for public projects.Using the Grey Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Triangle Whitening Weight Function construct the comprehensive evaluation model of the sustainable grey clustering of public projects.And then taking the natural history museum of Ganzhou as an example,the paper carries out the example analysis to verify the scientific nature and accuracy of the public project’s sustainability evaluation system and the sustainable evaluation model.Finally the paper come to the conclusion,point out some problems and put forward the expectation.In this paper,we construct the sustainable evaluation index system and sustainable evaluation model of public projects.The essay enriches and improves the content of public projects,and provides reference for the future construction of public projects.All of these can promote the sustainable development of public projects,and has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
