Current, power electronics industries as well as in people's lives more and more widely. Among the grid system performance is particularly outstanding, especially the large number of applications HVDC transformers and related power and other constantly updated technology, the device uses a non-linear types of loads such as switching power supply, inverter components, etc. so that appears in the grid a large number of harmonic components, the voltage waveform and the current waveform distortion. In this paper, with reference to the harmonic standard national public electricity network, based on the design of a multifunction energy metering chips and digital signal processor(DSP) 90E36 power system harmonic analysis, and has high operational precision, real-time, large detection range and other characteristics, in line with the needs of industry and the interference has done a small force.Following the standard paper in the harmonics of the status quo at home and abroad and relevant national research made a brief introduction to 90E36 metering IC and TMS320F28335 core chip, make the following three aspects:First harmonic algorithm research done with each other. Harmonic analysis algorithm is the most important part, followed by harmonic acquisition and measurement, after harmonic detection method at home and abroad through the principle of analysis, concluded that the use of harmonic analysis in the presence of the FFT-based spectrum leakage, in which case, the accuracy of calculation of the parameters of harmonics is greatly improved.Secondly, with regard to energy metering IC 90E36, mainly studied how to collect more precise voltage and current; TMS320F28335 on DSP chip, the main study how to better control the entire system and how to more quickly process the data. Based on these two established harmonic acquisition and analysis system. On the basis of the corresponding hardware system on the completion of appropriate software development.Finally, set up in a laboratory measurement system, and make a systematic error analysis. From the data obtained show that the system can power system harmonics effectively collecting, processing and analysis, and in the accuracy, speed and real-time on a grid system and can meet the needs of users.
