With the development of China's economy and the maturing of engineering technology,the functional requirements for the architectural structure is more and more multi-faceted.The over-long concrete frame structure was produced under such conditions. People demands of super-long structure plane sizes and the structure without permanent seam, for elevation effects,waterproof and anti-corrosion. Instances of over-long concrete structures which have been put into operation abound in our country, the engineering practices proved that over-long structure design of our country have been going to maturation,however,structural deformation is much more complex and temperature field is difficult to establish accurately, on account of these reasons, generally speaking, the design falls far behind the practice in over-long concrete structures of our country.This paper mainly studies on the construction of a Xingyi long Expo Center frame structure design, and the core content of the design is about the research and control of the temperature effect. Based on the superposition of the structure of the contraction deformation with seasonal temperature difference equivalent, it is concluded that structure the most adverse temperature conditions during use. Using PMSAP software for structure under the conditions of internal force and deformation were analyzed, the structure design methods and construction measures are proposed according to analysis: adopting reasonable post-pouring belt to release preliminary structure deformation, adding reinforced method to improve steel reinforced concrete anti-cracking performance, etc.Given our country does not have a complete system design theory of over-long concrete structure, this paper studies a over-long Expo Center frame structure design, for research related to the structural design of over-long draw reference.
