Landscape Design Of Urban Landfill Based On Ecological Design

With the development of the city, many landfills in suburb have been brought into the city planning. So it was a common but urgent problem for city planning that how to reduce the negative effects of landfill in cities, and the landscape renovation of urban landfill may be an important matter.Through the study of current relevant theories of the landscape renovation of landfill, this research analyzed and summed up the problems that the city landfill landscape transformation needed to face and solve. At the same time, this research drew lessons from other related theories and domestic and foreign classic cases, and put forward the corresponding technical measures. Finally, it was the practical study of Liaocheng Qingluo Hill Country Park based on the theory of ecological design. The main achievements as follow:1. This research took the ecological design as the core, and primarily established urban landfill landscape design theory system based on ecological design. The system included the ecological design of terrain; the ecological design of internal body dump; the design of science and culture; the design of energy saving and reusing; the sustainable design of waste mass reconstruction; the design of art regeneration; the growing design of plant; the ecological design of ground and the ecological design of revetment. This system was designed to provide the corresponding theoretical guidance for solving the problem faced in urban landfill landscape design.2. This research majored in planning and design under the guidance of the theory system which based on the ecological design of urban landfill landscape. Firstly, it concentrated on rubbish mountain ecological restoration measures, and took a discussion about the necessity and possibility of the diversion from the Zhou Gong River. Finally it concentrated on the rule of the main landscape skeleton outside, and explored the cohesion and fusion with the surrounding land. So the study verified the feasibility of this theoretical system, and provided practical support for the landscape renovation of urban landfill.Differed from the traditional landscape ecological design, the ecological design in this paper was not the ecological recovery in tradition. It not only emphasized on the organization of coherent ecological process and the establishment of sustainable landscape design, but also emphasized on the expression and reappearance of art and beauty with culture and history charm, and developed a new interpretation of the ecological design concept. The urban landfill landscape design theory based on the ecological design which studied in this paper specifically solved the problems of the urban landfill landscape renovation faced, and the living example also verified the feasibility of theory.
