With the rapid development of science and technology,the activity range of people increases,the expectation for the special equipment is higher.The simulation of wind tunnel test needs improved.It presents a great challenge to the temperature stability in the wind tunnel test.And the wind tunnel temperature control has become an important research direction in wind tunnel test.Under the background of the 0.6m continuous transonic wind tunnel,the temperature monitoring system of wind tunnel is studied.The equipment of system is mainly composed by the inner loop subsystem and outer loop subsystem.And the Control system is composed by Simentic S7-300 PLC,S7-200 PLC,touch screen and IPC with the WINCC.First of all,the process and control requirements of wind tunnel temperature monitoring system are analyzed.And the control system and the overall control scheme is designed.Second,by analyzing the control progress of the system,the hardware and software are designed for the master PLC controller.Then,according to the wind tunnel temperature control technology,the mathematical model of the three-channel proportional valve,the heat exchanger and the heat generation of the main compresso are established,the feedforward PID and feedforward fuzzy-PID control algorithm are studied.And then apply the feedforward fuzzy-PID control algorithm to the actual control proess.Finally,the system monitoring interface is designed,and the debugging processes,such as communication debugging,hardware debugging and software debugging,are shown.
