The diagnosis experiment for combustion field is a requisite process in studying the mechanism of the combustion reaction,analyzing its process and optimizing the design of the burners.In the process of combusting,there will be a number of intermediate products,which always have their corresponding luminescent spectrum.It is a effective way to study the combustion process by analyzing these spectra.Flame Chemiluminescence Tomography(FCT)is a diagnostic technique by using which researchers can collect chemical spectrum projections with multi-directions at first,and then reconstruct instantaneous luminescence distributions of the flame with the CT technology.In this thesis,a multi,directional FCT device for the combustion flow field of the rocket engine is designed,through which the three-dimensional transient reconstruction of the flame in the field can be achieved.The thesis consists of the following three aspects.First of all,according to experiment requirements and site conditions,the mechanical structure of FCT device is designed.The ways of getting these points in this thesis are as follows:manual control based on Gray Weighted Centroid Algorithm and automatic extraction based on self-adaption Radon transform algorithm,The one behind making these points automatically extracted,decreasing the amount of work and increasing the accuracy.Furthermore,the multi-directional calibration experiment that based perspective imaging model is carried out,and meanwhile applied the triple-order polynomial model of calibration in that of the FCT multi-directional technique,finally write programs to test.At last,based on all the work above,the FCT diagnosis experiment of the rocket engine combustion flow field is made.By using this FCT device of different directions to acquire the flame’ s projection images in the field and then analyzing these multi-directional calibrations,the three-dimensional reconstruction of the structure of the flame flow field is finished.The work in this paper provides the combustion diagnosis technology of the combustion flow field with theoretical basis and engineering technology references.
