As modern warfare developing,the rocket weapon system takes an increasingly significant status in modernized war.The performance of launching canister,which is the carrier of the rocket projectile in the process of storing,transporting and launching,directly affects the capability of rocket weapons.In the long-term storage process,the launching canister doesn't only ensure the protective nature of rocket,but also meet the functional requirements on its performance index.This research has been worked on the launching canister by the study of the finite element simulation of long-term storage,the performance analysis of long-term storage and fuzzy fault tree analysis,etc..Based on the research about the failure mode of launching canister,and combined with the storage environment and storage form,the major reason for launching canister failure was determined.Meanwhile,the elastoplastic-creep incremental constitutive equation of the materials has been derived under the mechanics analysis and the UMAT subroutine has been written.Through experimenting,the unknown parameters in the constitutive equation of the material are obtained;and using the ABAQUS finite element software,this paper establishes the stacking storage model of the launching canister to simulate the stacking storage process and analyzes the long-term storage performance of it according to the simulation results.This paper combines the fuzzy set theory with the fault tree analysis,and establishes a fuzzy fault tree for the launching canister.By taking advantage of the method of the fuzzified expert evaluation expressions,the fuzzy data of the probability of each event has been obtained to conduct an qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fault tree.The object of the launching canister fault detection is determined by importance degree.Besides,the fault detection scheme is selected and the structure of the fault detection device is designed.
