Based on the test requirement of Some type airburst fuze circuit,design a multi-channel fuze circuit test system that has the Fault diagnosis function by ?sing the neural network expert system.Firstly,according to the overall design architecture and design principles,the overall scheme of automatic test system for multi-channel fuze circuit is completed.Aiming at the test requirement of the airburst fuze circuit,the design of the Automatic Test System scheme,fault self-diagnosis scheme and test report generation scheme has been competed.Then,the common faults of the airburst fuze circuit are analyzed and the fault model of the Three-Layer neural network to be established.According to the fault model,the fault sample data acquisition and the data normalization processing are completed,and a more complete fault samples to be established.Training the neural network by matlab.After training the target error of the neural network reaches the expectation error,the error curve is smooth and stable.Finally,?sing the sample data,it is verified that the neural network expert system is reliable.Secondly,the data acquisition system and the software of host computer of the a multi-channel fuze circuit test system have been completed.According to the overall design architecture,as micro-controller to be the core on hardware.the power supply circuit,analog signal switching circuit,and relay drive circuit and so have been designed,the signal transfer circuits also have been designed in order to give convenience to the signal line connect.As the modularization programming to the leading on software,the system security login,test flow control,data processing and display functions have been achieved by ?sing the Lab Windows/CVI as the test system PC development environment,which the high precision real-time data acquisition and multi-channel data transmission were achieved by ?sing the USB5953 data acquisition card.Finally,the system debugging and prototype fabrication of the ATS were completed.On the basis of data acquisition system design,host computer software design and other supporting hardware circuit design,the system software,hardware circuit and the whole system module were debugged.The specific procedures and methods of the data acquisition card calibration and debugging,communication module debugging and data collection debugging are given.The principle prototype of this test system is given on the basis of successful debugging of each module.The results of this paper can improve the detection efficiency and reliability of the batch fuze circuits and the fault diagnosis can help testers locate the fault quickly and accurately.Therefore,this research has a certain practical engineering value.
