With the development and use of fossil energy,energy crisis and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,which have been highly concerned by domestic and international society.As a substitute fuel for fossil diesel,biodiesel has been widely used in the world.Biodiesel has a unique advantage as an alternative fuel for fossil diesel,because of raw material,processing technology and other reasons,compared to fossil diesel,which have a poor oxidative stability.It has caused great difficulties for the actual use and storage of biodiesel,so the oxidation stability is an important quality index for the research of biodiesel,which must be paid attention to.Furthermore,the oxidation stability is one of technical problems in the process of storage and use of biodiesel at room temperature.So it is very important to study the normal temperature stability of biodiesel.In this article,we have made a reasonable analysis for composition characteristic of biodiesel,influencing factors of oxidation stability of biodiesel and The composition of biodiesel was analyzed before and after oxidation,and the evaluation methods of oxidation stability of biodiesel were reviewed in detail.The work of this paper is determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography analysis and oxidation stability that the main component of Jatropha biodiesel crude oil and refined Jatropha biodiesel is the same,but there are differences in oxidative stability,oxidation stability of crude oil and refined biodiesel were 1.05 hours and 5.59 hours;by infrared spectroscopy,found biodiesel mainly in the unsaturated carbon carbon double and triple bonds by oxidation;and by GC-MS analysis,the oxidation process of Jatropha biodiesel greatly changed,the main component of the content of methyl oleate decreased from 97.68%to 63.66%;linoleic acid methyl ester containing two unsaturated double bond,its content decreased sharply decreased from 39.02%to 0.30%.And the stability of biodiesel at room temperature were measured and the optimization study,the use of Rancimat(Suan Baiyi):in the 5 kinds of method for the determination of temperature,oxidation of 8 biodiesel without adding antioxidants in the induction period and adding TBHQ,PG,BHT,BHA,4 kinds of oxidation antioxidant after the induction period,through the model to forecast the oxidation of biodiesel at room temperature the induction period;comparison of antioxidants before and after oxidation induction period,finally obtains the oxidation stability of biodiesel is in accordance with the standards and the best antioxidant effect of antioxidant state.
