| Nowadays energy problem is not only the problem for a country,but all the world and humans to face and solve it.In the cold winter,solar energy air collector is much better than solar water heater,it’s cold-tolerance and has a good heat conduction.But as the medium for it is air,the heat capacity is small,so the efficacy is low.For this we want the air collector could improve efficiency,so we design a kind of air collector,it’s snakelike,two-channel,planer,and study it by simulation.First,we conduct the theoretical analysis on it,to introduce the design idea and working principle.Second,analysis the factor that could has an effect on the efficiency of air collection.By Fluent simulation software,we could conduct the test for the single factor,so as to confirm the three factors and three levels.At last,by using the orthogonal test,we could draw a conclusion on air collection efficiency:,between the guide plate spacing and the ratio of the length of the panels for 1:12,guide plate length and the width of panels by a ratio of 0.82,on port and the ratio of the flow channel height for 2:1.In this setting,we could get a 76.21% efficiency.And proved by experiment,the actual efficiency is 72.42%,the measured value basically agrees well with calculated value. |
