Research On Safety Management And Risk Control In Highway Engineering Construction

With the rapid development of our countr highway construction,highway construction safety problem increasingly prominent,considering the particularity of highway engineering,must establish a totally different from general enterprises as soon as possible a long-term mechanism of safety management.According to the characteristics of the highway construction project,this paper combined with the analysis of the dangerous and harmful factors.in the paper USES the fault tree analysis,safety check list,risk analysis,risk assessment,and operation condition in advance occupational hazards evaluation method of highway construction project,this paper discusses the characteristics of made the following research results:1.by comparing the highway engineering construction safety managenment and risk control at home and abroad research situation,it is concluded that highway engineering construction safety management in our country,some of the major problems in performance in the legal system is not sound,the safety management work is not strong,construction personnel quality is not high,more safety problems existing in the construction work,etc.2.highway engineering construction site is the construction of "hub",after the approach of the materials piled up on the construction site,at the same time,in the construction site focus a lot of labor,machinery and equipment and management personnel,and in construction activity in the flow.lt is understood that the highway engineering construction process there is a fall,hit,mechanical damage,vehicle,electric shock,collapse,dust,fire,explosion,poisoning,corrosion and high temperature burning hot,dangerous and harmful factors such as noise.3.through the dangerous and harmful factors existing in the highway engineering construction process of comprehensive analysis,studies the construction preparation stage,the subgrade engineering,road engineering,bridge engineering,mechanical work,occupational health and safety technical measures of the construction.4.build a set of highway construction safety management and risk control system,is divided into three steps,analysis of early warning surveillance information,determine the early warning level,accident treatment measures,through the system,which can realize for the early prevention and control of highway safety accidents,and be able to start in the first crisis management measures.In conclusion,the highway engineering construction safety accident early warning mechanism,monitoring and diagnosis,precontrol safety accidents,to replace the accident treatment with accident prevention,which can realize the active safety management,improve the quality of highway engineering construction safety management and efficiency.
