| According to the thermodynamic cycle characteristics of low quality heat energy ORC waste heat power generation system,the thermal efficiency of the system is analyzed theoretically.According to the actual situation of large vehicle engine exhaust gas as the heat sources,the basic thermodynamic conditions in the refrigerant on the system are given,through theoretical calculation,choose R123 as the highest thermal efficiency of refrigerant system.Based on preheater optimized design of micro vehicle ORC waste heat power generation system,the system efficiency can reach 10.8%.A large compact plate fin heat exchanger was selected to design the engine exhaust heat exchanger based on the thermodynamic properties of organic matter R123.Analysis of the design procedure and calculation method of plate fin heat exchanger,the hot and cold fluid channel are arranged in interval mode and refrigerant flow inside a heat exchanger in plate fin exhaust layout scheme,using HTFS.MUSE plate fin heat exchanger simulation programming model runner layout scheme calculation software,design parameters the plate fin exhaust by iteration and calculation of heat exchanger,and three-dimensional modeling.ANSYS17.0 of the plate fin type exhaust heat exchanger was simulated based on the comparison with theoretical calculation and computer simulation results show that the plate fin type exhaust heat exchanger with good performance,enhance the internal fluid turbulence properties;when the hot air flow rate,fluid velocity hours,the heat transfer performance of the fin spacing and height;the height of the heat transfer efficiency greatly,but did not affect the fin thickness;choose the refrigerant 8123 when the maximum heat exchange efficiency 95.3%. |
