| At present,out country is being through a period with rapid economic transition.I n the meanwhile,fast development means enormous consumption of energy that pose a severe problem.Nowadays,energy saving is proving to be a essesial solution of this problem. As a form of Air Conditioning System,Evaporative Condenser itself has obvi ous advantages like less consumption and water saving.And based on these features,I’m going to elaborating on some analyze findings and optimization of Evaporative Co ndenser.I experimented with setting snakeshaped pipes Evaporative Condenser horizo ntally.After that I concluded some valuable results as for mechanical performance.The ses are my primary processes below:According to the method of gas-liquid bidirectional flow in Computational Fluid Dynamics, in order to accurately analyze the numerical simulation of the horizontal arrangement of the Evaporative Condenser cavity flow field changes, I adopted Mixture Multiphase Flow model, established a three-dimensional mathematical model in cavity of the horizontal-setting Evaporator Condenser, and analyzed the effects of three different inlet modes (single inlet, air inlet, side inlet air) on the internal flow field of the Evaporative Condenser in the gas phase and gas-liquid two phases respectively. The results show that the velocity of the single inlet is lower than that of the inlet side, which is low in the whole area, where the eddy current is formed at the corner, which is not conducive to the heat transfer in this area. Compared with the single phase inlet air, The direction of the more symmetrical enough to reduce the number of wall and wall vortex at the number and intensity of the side of the air into the air even more uniform, but the inlet side due to the wind speed is too large,resulting in uneven distribution of liquid, for this further structural optimization, To carry out experimental research.The experimental setup of the evaporative condensing refrigeration system is pre sented in detail. The experimental setup is mainly for the verification of the evaporati ve condensing refrigeration system model, and the experimental platform is provided for the study of its performance and structure optimization. In the experiment, the effe cts of different inlet modes and wet bulb temperature on the performance of Evaporati ve Condenser were discussed. The experimental results show that the condensing tern perature of the side inlet system unit is lower and the compressor power consumption is less. The results of the simulation are consistent. Then, the structural optimization a nd performance analysis of the unit are carried out for the problem of uneven distribut ion of the liquid by the experimental and simulated results. The different types of heat exchange ribs are installed on the serpentine coil with horizontal arrangement, Water spray density,outdoor air dry (wet) ball temperature,air flow rate and heat transfer ar ea and other parameters on the level of the layout of the evaporative cooling system to enhance the heat transfer performance and cooling performance.In this paper, the research on the flow field of the Evaporative Condenser and the performance of the unit after the optimization of the structure are enriched. The theory and application research system of the Evaporative Condenser are enriched, which pr ovides a new method for the study of Evaporative Condenser performance and structu ral optimization. reference. |
