One track with two stackers' operation mode is in order to meet the high production efficiency of automated multi-layered storehouse system.Relative to the traditional single stacker in single track's operating mode,the double stacker mode has higher complexity,and the contradiction is more outstanding.Based on the practical problem,this paper will research on two aspects which one is goods distribution,and the other one is task scheduling.The study establishes two models to describe the location assignment and task scheduling,and compares the result of different strategy.From the perspective of goods distribution,this paper introduces expert knowledge base system,contributes a dynamic allocation model based on real-time data and considering reducing two stackers' operating cross and total work time.According to the characteristics of this problem,designing specific strategies such as distance replacement strategy and round strategy,using two-dimensional particle encoding based on particle swarm optimization to solve.From the perspective of task scheduling,the paper studies on single operating cycle's task scheduling considering collaborative operation and the influence of task end of follow-up.Through formulating distribution strategy and the avoidance strategy of double stackers'mode,the study contributes double stacker job scheduling model based on least amount of work time.With an improved coding way and update formula and operator designed,the model will be validated with actual production data.For the small amount of data in instance part of three and four chapter doesn't produce much persuasion enough.In this paper,we will use Flexsim simulation software to build entity model integrates goods allocation and task scheduling strategy,analyze the performance of the strategy based on several operation cycles' actual production data.It is concluded that after optimization of AS/RS,the combination capacity of two stacker increases 6.6%,the total operation time shortened by 6.2%and the average load of stacker is6.66%lower than before,which could prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the project.
