In recent years' market, the permeability of distributed generation in distribution network is Gradually increasing,which has a variety of effects on the works and function of the distribution. And the operation and control of the distribution network has made new standards and requirements.To explore the distribution network fault recovery technology, improve the economy and supply reliability of the system,enhance the quality of power supply system power, is advantageous to the development and construction of strong smart grid.Based on this, this article has carried on the study of the following aspects:(1) Made a simple introduction the basic concept of the island division and distribution network architecture restructure, clarify outlined the modeling method,and discuss the algorithm explores the representative.(2) On the basis of network architecture characteristic of the distribution network, the network structure is simplified, and through the depth first search method to obtain feasible structure list.With the aid of the direction of the power demand, combined with the graph theory, a branch direction variable network model which could satisfy the requirement of distribution network ' s and radioactivity and connectivity can be made.(3) Establish island partition model which total load recovery and the important load recovery achieves the biggest, and realize the switch operability, load control,load magnitude and distributed power operation characteristics and other multiple demands, at the same time.On the basis of acquired network structure model, set up in view of the island dividing layered rooted tree structure, through the search for root trees, insure to obtain the optimal island, and improve operation efficiency in the meantime.(4) On the basis of the completed island divided reconstruct the network structure, achieve the goals to reducing network loss and stabling operation. Using multiple parameter improved parallel Tabu search algorithm, obtain multiple local optimal solutions at the same time, and through the comprehensive evaluation index to select the optimal solution. On the basis of greatly shorten the algorithm's running time, realize the multi-objective network reconfiguration, guarantee the optimality of the scheme.This article, simulate and analyze the 13.33 and 69 nodes system respectively,to identify the reliability of the proposed model and the algorithm with high efficiency.
