Two ways hydraulic power flow coupling transmission vehicle(THPCTV)is a new type of hydrostatic drive car,It has the advantages of multi-channel hydraulic power flow coupled drive system,which can effectively improve the fuel economy of the vehicle..Its working principle is: Engine maintains a constant power output,its working condition and load condition is completely decoupled,the hydraulic motor and the hydraulic pump/motor are coupled through the planetary gear mechanism,the output power of the hydraulic motor depends on the power demand of the load,the maximum output power of the hydraulic motor is the constant output power of the engine;When the maximum output power of the hydraulic motor can not meet the demand power of the load,the hydraulic pump/motor is responsible for providing additional power,hydraulic pump/motor also have the function of the recycle vehicle braking energy;The residual hydraulic energy of the hydraulic system can be stored in the hydraulic accumulator through the feedback of the oil circuit.Firstly introduces the structure and working principle of THPCTV,then the vehicle driveline main part has carried on the preliminary parameters matching and selection.Established hydraulic pump/motor,hydraulic motor switch control module and engine start-stop control strategy module,analyzed the vehicle hydraulic regenerative braking control strategy and energy control strategy based on thermostat control strategy and power following control strategy.The hydraulic pump/motor model and the hydraulic accumulator model are established by MATLAB/Simulink software which is embedded into the ADVIAOR software module library.The series hybrid electric vehicle is modified into a hydrostatic transmission vehicle suitable for THPCTV on secondary development.Finally,based on the NEDC driving cycles of THPCTV power performance and fuel economy are analyzed in the simulation.The results showed that the THPCTV can meet the comprehensive performance index,the maximum speed can reach 93.2km/h,15km/h uniform climbing slope is 25.8%,the 0-45km/h acceleration time is 16.9s,THPCTV hundred kilometers fuel consumption for 29.9 L/100 km,relative to the original car oil-saving rate can reach 25.25%,vehicle power and fuel economy meet the requirements.
