This paper designs the hardware system and the software system flow of the intelligent meter based on the high precision energy metering chip ADE7953 produced by ADI and the MSP430F449 low-power single-chip microcomputer produced by TI,and proposes an FFT interpolation algorithm of 4-term cosine window and quadruple-spectrum-line that is used to analyze the power harmonics,and the MATLAB simulation verification is carried out.Firstly,this paper designs the hardware system of single-phase intelligent meter.The hardware system mainly includes power module,ADE7953 energy metering module,single-chip MSP430F449 module,RS485 communication module,memory module and LCD display module.Secondly,the software system flow of the single-phase intelligent meter is designed,which includes the software flow of the electric energy metering module,the software flow of the LCD display module and the software flow of the RS485 communication module.Third,the electric energy metering simulation test of the intelligent meter is carried out by SIMULINK.Finally,the FFT interpolation algorithm of 4-term cosine window and quadruple-spectrum-line is used to analyze the power harmonics,and compared with FFT algorithm and Hanning window interpolation algorithm,and then draw the FFT interpolation algorithm of 4-term cosine window and quadruple-spectrum-line can effectively suppress the fence effect and spectrum leakage effectively,make the calculation of electrical energy parameters more accurate.
