Due to the corrosion of reinforced concrete,the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete structure is decreased,which may make the life cycle of reinforced concrete structure reach the design service life.Therefore,in view of the shortage of reinforced concrete,this paper will study the improvement of reinforced concrete performance.There are many reasons for the corrosion of steel bars,but it is recognized that the most important reason is the intrusion of chloride ions,especially in the coastal environment of reinforced concrete structure,suffered a lot of chloride ion invasion.Based on the current methods to improve the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete structures,there are structural reinforcement(SS),and most of the researchers use epoxy resin reinforced adhesive(CFRP)to improve the structure of reinforced concrete Durability.And then the structural reinforcement technology can only make up the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete structure,but can’t inhibit the continued corrosion of steel,and epoxy resin water aging failure.Another part of the researchers for the chloride ion invasion caused by steel corrosion,the use of external current cathodic protection technology(Impressed Current Cathodic Protection,ICCP)to suppress the corrosion of steel to improve the durability of concrete.In this paper,combined with structural reinforcement technology and external current cathodic protection technology to form a new type of reinforced concrete structure durability technology,that is,ICCP-SS system.The application of current cathodic protection technology requires the entire system to be a conductive conductor.The structural reinforcement technology uses an epoxy resin to paste the carbon fiber to increase the material,and the epoxy resin is a nonconductive material.Therefore,the binder restricts the combination of current-applied cathodic protection technology and structural reinforcement technology.As the alkali-activated mineral powder inorganic binder(AASM)has good electrical conductivity,mechanical properties and acid and alkali resistance,this paper will use alkali-activated mineral powder inorganic binder as a binder,applied to series of experimental studies have been carried out.(1)First,optimize the mechanical properties of alkali-activated mineral powder inorganic binder materials.Based on the alkali-activated mineral wire is 1% of mineral powder,the performance of inorganic activated mineral powder is the best.(2)In order to obtain the mechanical properties of the alkali-activated slag cementitious material,the concentration of NaOH solution and the content of silicon fiber and carbon fiber short wire were respectively studied.Influence of Mechanical Properties of Mineral Powder Inorganic Cementitious Materials.According to the flexural experiment(pull-out experiment)of the inorganic activated mineral powder,the flexural strength of the compression test,the in-plane shear strength and the failure of the failure under the single shear test(pull-out experiment)Mode,select the optimal performance of NaOH solution to stimulate the slag gelation / CFRP composites.When the concentration of NaOH strength,in-plane shear strength and stripping form of the best.(3)The use of the best performance of the alkali-activated mineral powder inorganic binder material based on ICCP-SS system-related performance research,alkali-activated mineral powder inorganic binder as a binder,carbon fiber as a reinforcement at the same time as a main Anode material.The electrochemical performance and mechanical properties of ICCP-SS system were studied by using a cathodic current density of 20 mA / m2 and 80 mA / m2 in ICCP-SS system.The experimental results show that the electrochemical performance of ICCP-SS system is stable both in 2 months and 4 months,respectively.The reinforced steel has been effectively protected,and the mechanical strength is not The mechanical strength of the test piece is equivalent.Therefore,ICCP-SS system can maintain long-term and stable operation.(4)The mechanism of the composite anode material formed by the alkali-activated mineral powder and the carbon fiber was analyzed,and after the ICCP-SS system was energized for 2 months.From the scanning electron microscopy(SEM),it can be seen that the carbon fiber short wire can inhibit the microcracks of the alkali-activated mineral powder,and the interface between the CFRP and the alkali-activated mineral powder is close.Compared with EDS,with the increase of current density,the Na atoms in the alkali-activated mineral powder are not reduced,but the Ca atom decreases with the increase of current,and forms a kind of "decalcification" phenomenon.
