As the significant component of express train,rolling bearings,shown as failure,can't diagnosed timely that the express may lead to derailment.Therefore,it is of great significance for rolling bearing to find the fault diagnosis methods to identify the faults for rolling bearings.In view of the difficulty of diagnosis and hard to locating of early fault diagnosis for rolling bearing in tough condition,the research has been reached with the theoretical research and experiment.The detailed work are as followed.1)Research on the feature of faults and the signal character rolling bearings.The reasons to occur the faults and the types of failure are described from the health to failure for rolling bearings.The signal processing method such as filter,envelope,Fourier transform has been applied to diagnosing.The simulation results showed that the signal processing method is suitable for diagnosing the faulty rolling bearings.2)Method research of fault diagnosis towards rolling bearings of train.The method of double-filtering has been applied to filter out the noise signal,and the fault feature which has been extracted were transited to the trained model to identify the fault type.The experiment result showed that method,has been put forward,is useful for the diagnosis of rolling bearings.3)Establishment and its research of fault diagnosis system towards the trackside acoustic detection system.Based on the idea of design patterns,the system was built.The processing software of system consists of automatic analysis,comprehensive analysis,cloud analysis and basic analysis.The automatic analysis could automatically capture the signal and process and come to the results.4)Relevant research on the TADS.The acoustic signal of rolling bearing was captured and then processed by time-domain analyzing,filtering,enveloping and frequency-domain analyzing.Besides the cloud analysis could achieve the location of the rolling bearing in the train.The experiment results showed that the system is suitable for the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing for the express train.
