Electric vehicle is a new type of pollution-free transport,it uses electricity as energy to achieve zero emissions on the client,it can solve the current environmental problems in a certain extent,also it is an effective way to deal with the future of fossil energy crisis.Electric vehicles were supported and developed both in domestic and international recent yeas.In China,it has achieved great development.Our vehicles’ production and sales has reached to 340 thousand and 330 thousand by 2015,surpassing the United States ranked first in the world,but compared with the traditional fuel vehicle gap is huge,accounted for only 1.3% of the total output of car production and sales in China.Although the pure electric vehicles in terms of environmental protection,alternative energy has a lot of advantages,but the charging infrastructure lags behind become the main factor of restricting its development.Compared to the huge,mature,convenient traditional car refueling network,charging facilities for electric vehicles is relatively small,and the utilization rate is not high.By the end of 2015,China has built 3600 power station and 49000,ac/dc charging pile.It is much lower than the electric car development speed.Linyi city is the second batch of pilot cities to promote renewable energy and is also one of China’s first electric vehicle charging infrastructure construction city.It has been formed to give priority to with bus fast charge station,the city and highway fast charging stations as a supplement,comprehensive build service to cars for private or public of promoting vehicle intelligent charging to the development of the car service network,to create the electric car development mode of Linyi,become charging infrastructure construction reference sample in our country of many citiesIn this paper,by analyzing the current situation of the development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure at home and abroad,the further research of linyi charging infrastructure construction operation and planning,combining the problems encountered in the development and matters which should be paid attention to.Analysis the typical station construction mode and forecasts the load to charge,according to the linyi electric car development demand forecasting and design in the next five years of linyi charging infrastructure construction scale.In view of the potential impact of the large-scale access to the charging infrastructure,this paper discusses the harmonic control and the power grid construction.As the charging infrastructure has not been "national standard",this article only on the current charging infrastructure construction and operation of the general situation,as a reference for the future improvement of electric vehicles.
