Research On Risk Management Of SG Solar Photovoltaic Power Generation Project

In recent years,despite the strong support of the state,photovoltaic power generation project is still in a state of stagnation,the related enterprises suffered a heavy blow.Photovoltaic power generation projects require more capital,if only to rely on their own power is able to complete the construction project.Therefore,the development of enterprises must be their own strength and comprehensive analysis of the project to understand the project proceeds and risks,the development of scientific investment decisions,the design of professional investment programs to optimize the allocation of resources to prevent the risk of investment in the project.To achieve this goal,enterprises should invest in photovoltaic projects to build a scientific and standardized risk management system.This study is based on solar photovoltaic power generation project,the project investment stage,the introduction of solar photovoltaic power generation project investment risk management methods,to invest in solar power project risk identification and to establish a listing investment risk factors,multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for solar power generation project risk analysis,build solar power project investment risk evaluation system,develop the solar power project investment risk control and prevention plan.Main work is as follows:(1)the check table method and brainstorming for solar photovoltaic power generation project investment risk identification of risk factors and to establish a listing;(2)combining with the characteristics of solar photovoltaic power generation project using multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of solar power generation project investment risk evaluation model is set up;(3)combined with the practical work of the author put forward based on the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for solar power generation project investment risk.Finally to SG company solar photovoltaic power generation project as the research object,the application of distributed photovoltaic power generation project risk identification,establish the evaluation index system and model of evaluation activities,make the project management plan on the risk control and prevention.
