At present,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is a strong coupling,nonlinear,multi-parameter perturbation variable system.It possesses the advantages of simple structure,small volume,high efficiency,smooth operation and so on.The drive system of PMSM plays an important role in alternating current(AC)speed regulation system.Adopts high performance control strategy is helpful to improve the dynamic and static performance of PMSM drive system.It is conducive to the development of high performance,light weight,high efficiency and energy saving.This paper proposes a strategy of active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)applied to the PMSM vector control system and direct torque control(DTC)system.In the PMSM vector control sensor-less system,to solve the problem that the PI controller is difficult to meet the requirements of high performance electric drive system.Designed an improved fuzzy ADRC controller to the speed-loop and current-loop in vector control system;the rotor speed and position was accurate estimated by extend state observer's(ESO)of ADRC technique,when the motor at low speed,the speed identification effect was better.In the PMSM direct torque control sensor-less system,to solve the ripples on flux linkage and torque when the motor at low speed,the improved fuzzy ADRC regulator was used to replace the PI regulator for speed regulation.The space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)instead of the traditional selecting table and hysteresis comparator;to reduce the ripple of torque and flux,a DTC system based on three-level inverter was established.The stator flux and the rotor speed were estimated by ESO of ADRC technique,the accuracy of flux observation was guaranteed and the sensor-less speed control had been realized.Finally,the experiment of the motor with load was carried out on the DSP motion control experimental platform.Based on the CCS environment,adopt PI algorithm and ADRC algorithm program.The experiments on it proved the effectiveness of the ADRC algorithm in the speed regulation system of PMSM.
