In recent years,with the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry,the development of Marine diesel engine is achieved unprecedented rapid growth.Marine diesel engine body as the key components of diesel engine,which belongs to thin-walled framework and has complicated structure and big size,its main processing surface is plane and hole,where easily effected by fixture system and the coupling of force and thermal and residual stress prone to distortion after machining process and machining.And at the same time due to its processing technology level backward,seriously influence the quality of product processing,which leading to a high scrap rate,which seriously influence the machining precision and service life.Therefore,to explore the processing deformation and analyze main reason of Marine diesel engine body has important theoretical significance and practical value to improve the processing technology and improve the body machining accuracy in the future.This paper studied and analyzed processing technological process and the key technology of machining process of Marine diesel engine body,from two aspects of machining and residual stress to summary the research status of machining distortion of Marine diesel engine framework,and confirmed the main influence factors of machining distortion of engine body,using the combining method of finite element simulation analysis and experimental study,released from residual stress in the manufacturing process of machining deformation of Marine diesel engine body further research.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)In order to figure out the stress field of body blank,the body annealing finite element model is established by using thermo dynamics and indirect coupling method of Abaqus simulation software.Accords with the actual body temperature field result is calculated of annealing process.At the same time to explore the influence of temperature on residual stress,Further analysis of the result of the body's residual stress results to get the residual stress value and distribution.(2)According to the simulation results,compared several kinds of residual stress test method,Select two Marine diesel engine body with a batch of production,by using the method of drilling to analysis and measure the surface residual stress of diesel engine body blank,to calculate the specific stress value and analyze the real residual stress state of the body blank.(3)In order to get machining distortion rule of the body,combined with residual stress test values based on the annealing stress field,to modify the body residual stress field,and simulating the machining process of the body based on element birth and death technology,to further provide the reference basis of the body machining distortion prediction and control.
