Innovation is an important propulsion of economic development,and complex mechanical and electrical product innovation is a knowledge-based creation process,knowledge acquisition as the prerequisite and basis of the entire innovation process is the key factors affecting the complexity of mechanical and electrical products and bottlenecks.In-depth systematic research data mining technology in complex mechanical and electrical products knowledge acquisition technology,and applied in the design of complex mechanical and electrical products to assist the design staff,will promote the innovative design of complex mechanical and electrical level.In this paper,the basic theory of data mining and product innovation design is studied deeply,and the Apriori association rule mining algorithm is introduced emphatically;Secondly,in order to apply the Apriori association rule mining algorithm to the design knowledge acquisition of complex electromechanical products,according to the characteristics of complex electromechanical products,the function-structure mapping model is established for the design knowledge of complex electromechanical products,and the algorithm based on Apriori algorithm is constructed Complex mechanical and electrical products function-structure association rules knowledge flow chart;Finally,seven typical complex electromechanical products are selected,and the function-structure model is decomposed by the function-structure mapping model which has been established,and the function-structure training set is re-introduced into the seven typical complex electromechanical products In the Weka data mining software,the Apriori association rule mining algorithm is used to find the knowledge of the association rules of the function-structure.The knowledge of the association rules is applied to the innovative design of the typical complex mechanical and electrical product packaging machine.The effectiveness of the method is verified,which can provide reference and guidance for the innovative design of complex electromechanical products.
