Cardiovascular disease is one of the diseases that threaten the health of human beings.With the development of society,people's living standard is continuously improving,but the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is also increasing.An effective way to control cardiovascular diseases is to discover and diagnose them before they attack people's body.In our country,the proportion of aging population is increasing year by year.The intelligent guardianship of the elderly has drawn the attention of all sectors of society.The medical treatment mode is also changing from passive treatment to active monitoring and prevention.ECG and blood pressure data is human body's important physiological parameters,from which human health information can be extracted and analyzed,so the detection of both physiological parameters of the human body is very necessary for the prevention and treatment of physical diseases.At present,the electronic sphygmomanometer in the family has been very common,the elderly at home can carry out daily blood pressure measurements.However,ECG dection equipment is less common in individual families due to its high cost,large size and inconvenient use.In view of the above situation,this paper develops a set of portable ECG and blood pressure detection system based on WiFi communication,the system includes ECG detection and blood pressure measurement modules.ECG detection module uses a single lead form to acquire human ECG signal,which is convenient to operate;blood pressure measurement module uses the current electronic sphygmomanometer widely used oscillometry method.According to the interference existing in the ECG signal,the system uses wavelet analysis to accomplish the ECG data's threshold de-noising,and adopts the method of extreme threshold value to extract the QRS complex.In view of the pulse signal in the blood pressure signal,the system adopts the bimodal Gaussian function fitting algorithm to fit the pulse wave peak and then uses the improved amplitude coefficient method to calculate the blood pressure value.The system's ECG and blood pressure measurement results are displayed on the user's interface developed by VB.net.After the ECG and blood pressure detection is completed,the system stores the measured ECG and blood pressure data in the remote server's SQL Server database.In the community WiFi coverage environment,the system uses the improved K-proximity method to complete the WiFi location fingerprint positioning of the device.When the system has data anomalies or distress alarms,guardianship personnels can quickly locate the the device via the location information.After testing,the system can be relatively stable to complete the detection of human ECG and blood pressure,and achieve the remote management of ECG and blood pressure data,which is of great significance for remote monitoring.
