| For the wind coupling fault of planetary gear in the gear transmission system,experimental method through the fault of planetary gear instead of a normal gear,simulated planetary gear,planetary gear tooth fault uniform wear fault and planetary gear tooth planetary gear coupling fault even wear three fault types,and from the surface of the box body vibration signal acquisition and the analysis.Through the analysis of two separate faults and the coupling fault signals of the planetary gear train.it is found that the frequency of the coupling faults in the coupling fault is different from that of the two separate faults.Taking the joint failure frequency as the main research object,a transfer function which can respond to the signal transmission relationship is established by combining the experimental signal with the meshing force signal obtained by simulation.To establish the simulation model,in order to make the model more precise,three dimensional solid rigid flexible coupling model of the wind turbine gearbox fault simulation test rig is established under three normal fault states and above.The gear box body is set as a flexible body,and the gear and shaft are rigid bodies.The dynamic simulation is carried out by introducing ADAMS software to obtain the meshing force signals at all levels of gear in various states.By analyzing the meshing force signal of the internal gear,the change of meshing force under different fault states is summarized.and the transmission characteristics of the model conforming to the system are also verified from the side.The vibration signal is transferred from the inside of the box to the surface of the box,and the transmission mechanism can be revealed by the change of the amplitude and contribution of each component during the transfer process.According to the theory of system identification,with the meshing force signal obtained from simulation as input,and the corresponding vibration signal on the surface of the box as output,the transfer function is established through the ARX model,and the failure frequencies of normal,missing teeth,wear and coupling faults are analyzed respectively.The composition from the perspective of the contribution of each fault frequency,reveals the relationship between the joint fault fault caused by the transmission characteristics,extracted the fault feature frequency response coupling fault,and tested through other measuring transmission characteristics of coupled fault point,recognition to achieve a multi gear transmission system planetary gear coupling fault. |
