With the economic and social progress,people's awareness of energy saving and environmental protection is constantly increasing.The winter centralized heating in northern cities of our country has been widespread,but it has a low degree of general automation,poor heating effect and low energy efficiency.It has become an important issue in the field of heating how to make the entire central heating system not only in a stable and good condition but also save energy.Therefore,it is imperative to establish a mature automatic heat network monitoring system and study an intelligent heating control algorithm.Based on the study of the general structure and operating principle of central heating system,The proper heating regulation is determined.A set of mature heat network monitoring system is established in this paper,which consists of heat transfer station DCS control cabinet and remote monitoring system.It can achieve wireless data transmission and command communication through the Internet of Things(IoT)technology.Not only can this system improve the degree of automation of the heating control system,but also it solve the problem of unbalanced heating load.It plays a significant role in saving energy and really achieve the goal centralized management and decentralized control for the central heating system.With past actual heating parameters obtained and outdoor temperature statistics summarized,aiming at the nonlinearity,time-varying,hysteresis characteristics for supply water temperature control system,the article designs a prediction model and an intelligent control strategy in order to ensure the quality of users at the end of the heating system.A mathematical model of temperature control system is established according to the dynamic characteristic curve.A RBF neural network prediction model is designed to predict secondary net supply water temperature.An intelligent controller of adaptive Smith-Fuzzy-PID algorithm is designed to achieve the secondary network water supply temperature closed-loop control.The simulation experiment is carried out based on the established mathematical model,prediction model and intelligent controller.The results show that this control method has the advantages of better robustness and can effectively control the system model which is changed by the amplification and time constant,compared with conventional Smith-PID control and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the control method.
