| The traditional reactor used in the inverter of the front-stage PWM rectification circuit of the central air conditioner can be three independent single-phase silicon steel reactors or one three-phase silicon steel reactor,but due to its large volume and high noise,especially in the switching frequency of 15 kHz In the above topology circuit,the applicability of silicon steel reactor is more prominent.In order to solve this problem,this article designs an integrated three-phase magnetic circuit all-core PWM rectifier reactor,the work done as follows.First of all,the current understanding of the development of PWM rectifier filter reactor at home and abroad to find out the main problems of PWM rectifier filter reactor,and then develop the research objectives and innovations.Followed by their own practical experience,the main reactor off the line on the line decomposition,and then starting from the reactor material selection,design ideas to sort out.Again with the author in-person cases,the research object index calculation and parameter design.Finally,the methods and ideas of the design were verified and concluded through field experiments and simulation methods.Through the research of this article,the three-phase all-magnetic core all-core reactor can greatly improve the three-phase balance of the reactor,reduce the noise and temperature rise,improve the processing technology,Provides the degree of automation,the research in this paper is very important for the development and practice of PWM rectifier reactor. |
