With the rapid development of spacecraft platform and load technology,the development needs of space power supply for miniaturization,light weight,large power density and distributed power supply are put forward.Using LTCC process of three-dimensional passive integration technology,can greatly reduce the circuit area,improve system integration.The application of LTCC technology in the field of space power can greatly reduce the size of the switching power supply circuit and is a hot spot,trend and direction in the field of development.The subject of this paper is based on LTCC high-power DC-DC converter research,with the advantages of small size,light weight,high power density,good heat dissipation.DC-DC converter is divided into control module and power module,control module using LTCC technology,because the power module power is too large,so the power module using DBC substrate drawing.The circuit principle is through the RCC auxiliary power supply to the system,PWM control circuit to control the drive circuit,and then drive the full-bridge topology inverter circuit,the signal and then through the power op amp,rectifier,filter to get the output signal.The research includes DC-DC converter circuit design,component selection,SIMULINK circuit topology simulation,PCB circuit board drawing,PCB circuit board physical test,LTCC three-dimensional spiral structure inductor design,control module LTCC substrate Design and plotting,modal and stochastic oscillating stress simulations of LTCC substrates,LTCC substrate testing and commissioning.Designed a weight of 0.74 g,size 7.51 × 7.51 × 2.75 mm LTCC three-dimensional spiral inductor.Finally,the entire structure of a total of 10 layers of LTCC substrate,the LTCC three-dimensional spiral inductor,bare chips and other components table attached to the control module LTCC substrate,part of the resistor capacitor buried in the LTCC substrate circuit layout to achieve the design to meet the 50-70 V input voltage,12 V voltage,with a stable current 10 A output requirements.
