| With the integration of physical and information system,the automation of power system and social benefits were improved,but the security risk for smart grid was also brought at the same time.Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition(SCADA)was a secondary measurement system.Remote Terminal Unit(RTU)in SCADA was a device for data measurement,output and record.In this paper.The effect of SCADA fault was quantified.Detail contents were as follows.The structure and charateristics of SCADA were introduced.Accroding to the charateristics,the influence of RTU fault was analyzed for power system reliability.Then the principle of the non-sequential Monte Carlo and Sequential Monte Carlo sampling method were analyzed.The observable analysis and the controllable analysis for the grid were deduced according to the RTU fault and network topology.Finally,the evaluation process for power system incorporating SCADA were analyzed.The evaluation process for power system were applied to IEEE30-bus system.And the result showed the proposed method could quantify the impact of RTU fault for power system reliability.Combined with the influence of SCADA fault on the system,the method of improving reliability were proposed to enhance the CPS system. |
