Solar drying is refers to the use of solar radiation and drying device for drying operation, drying cycle is short, high efficiency, good product quality, etc. Use of solar energy drying operations can effectively save energy and protect the environment. Practice has proved that the solar drying is an effective method, to develop rural economy, save conventional energy, avoid the pollution of the environment, improve the quality of products, change the backward mode of production and processing and farmers to get rich will play an active role.Drying operations involved in the broad areas of the national economy in our country, is also one of the large energy consumption in our country, the energy accounts for about 12% of the total energy consumption of national economy. Material drying process caused by pollution is often the main source of environmental pollution in our country, therefore, drying technology of energy saving and environmental protection is very important.This article through to have industrialization of ordinary flat-panel vacuum glass as the main special components of solar dryers as the research object, research, design and manufacturing of solar dryers was prepared successfully airer samples, through theoretical analysis, and the energy saving performance for its industrialization and the early generalization and application and technical foundation. This article through to the rice drying test analysis, obtain the effectiveness of the drying device in practical application, for use in the promotion of solar dryers support provides a practical example.(1) To develop solar energy heat type of complete sets of drying equipment design, the overall structure of expanding solar thermal type complete drying device using the portable steel structured light drying room, vacuum plate glass as the outer cover material, pervious to light above the drying room is equipped with the platoon is wet air outlet fan, pervious to light tank bottom opening wind drying room, ventilation slot above the cloth has a breathable cover plate and ventilation slot and outdoor are interlinked. Develop solar thermal type complete drying device intelligent control system, through the study of the on-line monitoring and real-time control of drying process, dynamic clonal selection algorithm based on adaptive RBF neural network method to achieve the drying temperature, air humidity and hot air circulation speed of intelligent decision-making, forecasts the next step drying technological parameters, thus ensuring drying device.(3) To build solar energy development hot type complete drying mathematical model of drying system, using solar energy to expand heat type of complete sets of equipment for paddy drying characteristic test, research hot air temperature, air velocity and drying time on the moisture content of rice.(4) To expand solar heat complete drying device for analysis of technical feasibility and economic feasibility analysis. Using the payback period of investment, investment rate of return and net present value of the three indexes to economic feasibility analysis of device, lays the foundation for the popularization and application of drying device.(5) For the application and promotion of solar energy development collection hot type of complete sets of drying technology, the superiority of its popularization and application of all kinds of human factors and natural factors are analyzed, and finally put forward the drying technology in the application of safeguards.
