Traditional agricultural production is not only limited by climate and seasons,but also seriously affected by the weather changes especially like the northern part of China where there are short daylight hours and more snow and rain in the spring and winter,the growth of crops has been greatly restricted.The emergence of greenhouse greatly solves the problem of the seasons and weather in the agricultural production,making the agricultural production efficiency improve so significantly that the agricultural production is able to separate from the bondage of natural ecology.At present,the control of some environmental factors in greenhouse depends heavily on human intervention,however,with the development of intelligent equipments,such greenhouses are not able to meet the requirements of intelligence and informatization of agricultural production technology.Based on the analysis of the requirements of light of plant growth in greenhouses,aiming at the inaccuracy of existing fill lights,light impurity and poor energy efficiency,this paper proposes an LED lamp with numerous benefits of green environmental protection,long service life and changing magic,etc.And according to the actual light demand,it designs an intelligent lighting control system using LED as light source in greenhouse.Through introducing the analysis of the light source and spectrum required in plant growth in greenhouse,in this thesis,the LED lamp which is easy to be controlled intelligently is selected.Then the test and research of single source characteristics,and further design not only meet the actual demand,but also to fill the optimal system in overall uniformity.According to the photoelectric characteristics of LED,using STM32 main controller produced by PWM(pulse width modulation)to control the fill light and then to realize the qualitative quantitative fill light.This design of smart light control system achieves the targetsof change of light quality,detection of light intensity,the intelligent dimming and control.By comparison of different sets of experiments,actual tests show that the system has reached the expected design goal of the difference light fill,not only with high efficiency,convenient to operate but also obviously brings new opportunity to the development of greenhouses.Meanwhile,the system has a very strong practicability which will have broad prospects in green houses cultivation.
