In recentyears the pig industry has developed rapidly,the collectivize enterprise and industrialization enterprise constantly emerged.The pig industry play a big role in farming and animal husbandry.But,disease prevention and control technology was still weak,especially the virus disease such as pseudorabies was serious,which threaten the healthy and sustainable development of pig industry.Therefore,we must study and explore a set of integrated prevention and control technology integration for porcine diseases.Pseudorabies(PR)disease is caused by pseudorabies virus(PRV).It is worldwide distribution,high morbidity and mortality.This disease has seriously affected the existence and development of pig breeding.Purpose: To solve the survival and development of disease prevention and control in breeding pig farm,realize the purification and eradication of PRExperimental program: The PRV gene-deleted vaccine was used to control the PRV in a breeding pig farm of Henan province.IDEXX pig pseudo rabies g E antibody detection kit and gB antibody detection kit as chosen for the detecti on of pig pseudo rabies antibodies and vaccines.The fluorescent quantitative P CR was selected as an qualitative detection supplement of ELISA antibody dete ction.To provide technical support for prevention,control,purification,and eve n eradicate the pseudo rabies.According to the test results,we adjust the immu ne scheme with the addition of improving hardware conditions,adjust nutrition supply,strengthen the biological security implementation,refine management,an d routinize the disease prevention and control technology,then the PR will be controlled stable and purified.After 3 years,PR positive rate declined gradually from 10.87% to 1.92% and 0.03%,reaching the correlated national standard.Results: There were three stages for PR purification technical system in breeding pig farm: the detection in laboratory(Completely eliminate positive pigs)?the formulate and adjust of immune schemes?the stability monitoring.A series of measures in combination with the pig disease prevention and control,such as comprehensive technology system implementation,PR positive rate declined to less than 0.03%,the uniformity of antibody level was improved,immune qualified ratesignificantly increased greatly.Each production indexes had very big promotion.Successfully solved the problem of purification of Pseudorabiesand formed a system of pig disease prevention and control technology,those provided theoretical foundation,practical exploration,technical support for the pig industry in henan province and even the whole country.
