At present,Chinese sugarcane mainly relies on artificial planting,and existing sugarcane planters have problems such as low automation,more auxiliary labor,high leakage sowing rate,high percent of damaged seed and low seed evenness,which in turn leads to low qualification rate for sugarcane planters.As the core component of sugarcane planters,the seed metering device directly affects the operation quality and efficiency of the sugarcane planter.Therefore,in order to improve the operational quality of sugarcane planters,this paper systematically summarized the research status of sugarcane planter seed metering devices at home and abroad,and detailedly discussed principle,characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of all the seed metering devices on the basis of collecting,consulting and finishing Chinese and foreign literature materials,and has designed a kind of electromagnetic vibratory seed metering device which applies to single-bud segment sugarcane seeding on the basis of the technologies and theories of electromagnetic vibratory and existing the and advanced seeding technologies.(1)Seed plant design and rationality inspectionIn this paper,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing seeding methods of electromagnetic vibrating seed-discharging devices,the disk seeding method was selected,the overall structure of the seed-planting device was designed,the working principle was determined,and the single-bud segment sugarcane plant was analyzed in detail.The factors affecting the quality of seedlings were determined by the laws of movement within the seedling plant.According to the physical characteristics of the single-bud shoots,the key components such as seed trays,seed troughs,and vibration systems were designed,the platoon was established using UG software.This kind of device virtual prototype used simulation analysis methods to analyze the movement of the sugarcane seedlings and the seed trays and the static characteristics of the vibration springs.The results showed that the seedling seeding device was of reasonable design,and the orthogonal test method was adopted through the simulation test.The optimal structure parameters of the seeding device were determined: the vibration direction angle was 23°,the guide trough spiral lift angle was 6°,and the seed tray diameter was 600 mm.(2)Seed plant performance testAccording to the optimal structural parameters of the seeding device,a physical prototypewas made.The voltage,frequency and forward speed were selected as experimental factors,and the qualification rate for seeding was the experimental index.The seedling performance test of the seed metering device,which used quadratic orthogonal rotary regression experiment,was performed basing on single factor experiment,and the important order of the factors affecting the qualified rate of seeding was determined as voltage,frequency and forward speed.The mathematical model was established and optimized,and the optimal parameter combination of qualified rate of seeding was obtained.The qualified rate of seeding was 85.5% when the forward speed was 0.4m/s,the voltage was 202 V,and the frequency was 43 Hz.The verification test of laboratory and field was conducted under condition of the optimal parameter combination of qualified rate of seeding,and the results showed that the relative error between the verification result and the optimization result was less that 10% and the optimization result was correct.The above research provides theoretical references for the research of seeding techniques and equipment applicable to single-bud segment sugarcane seedlings.
