Purpose:1Through the analysis of the syndromes of the50cases of renal interstitial fibrosis in chronic kidney disease in the clinical trial, we come to the main syndromes of renal interstitial fibrosis.2Through the establishment of UUO rats model,we make the comparison between XiaoZhengSanJieFang and Benazepril on the pathological and molecular level, in hoping of explain the active mechanism of XiaoZhengSanJieFangMethod:1Methodology of Clinical Trials:Collect50clinical cases of renal interstitial fibrosis in chronic kidney disease, record their symptom and analisis the syndromes, in the end reach the conclusion of characteristics of syndrome.2Animal experiment method:60SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, pseudo surgery group,surgery group,XiaoZhengSanJie group and Benazepril group. The kidneys being removed after four weeks to make pathological sesction. Through H. E stain and Masson stain we can observate pathological changes and through immunohistochemical stain,we can observate the molecular expression.3Statistical method:Appliy SAS8.0statistics software, use x2test for count data and anova for measurement data.Result:1Clinical studies found that the syndromes of renal interstitial fibrosis are healthy energy deficiency and evil excess exist side by side,and the main deficiency is Yin-deficiency of liver and kidney while the main excess is blood stas is.2Through animal experiments, we discovered that XiaoZhengSanJieFang and Benazepril having basically the same effect on the pathological change, and the treatment mechanism of XiaoZhengSanJieFang on renal fibrosis is blocing signal transduction of the passage of TGF-?/smads/ILK/?-catenin.Conclusion:1Renal fibrosis is a disease that both healthy energy deficiency and evil excess exist, the main deficiency is Yin-deficiency of liver and kidney while the main excess is blood stasis. So we can focus our threatment in this aspect.2The effect of XiaoZhengSanJieFang on renal fibrosis has been confirmed,so in the clinical threatment we can take it as a basic prescription and make it use extensively.
