Study On The Laws Of Syndromes Of Yin And Yellow, The Elements Of Syndromes And The Combination Of Syndromes In The Song, Yuan, Ming And Qing Dynasties

Objective This study records Yin Huang jaundice medical records during the dynasties of song, yuan, Ming and qing period as the research objects.The academic thoughts and regularity of syndrome of Yin Huang jaundice were exploring from collation and analysis of the related original literature information.Methods The pulses,symptoms,syndrome elements extracted from the collected and sorted Yin Huang jaundice medical records during dynasties of song, yuan, Ming and qing Period were in standardized processing. Then related data files were establishing.The symptoms and pulses were analysed in frequency analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis by SPSS17.0 statistical software.And the syndrome factors and syndrome targets were in frequency analysis. And combination rules of evidence should be combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory of comprehensive analysis.Results Finally 213 Yin Huang literatures were collected,166 of those met the inclusion criteria. And 94 symptom variables,20 pulse variables, 25 syndrome elements,10 syndrome targets and 69 combinations of syndromes were collected.From the frequency analysis and factor analysis results.It,s showed that the 33 main symptoms of Yin Huang jaundice during the dynasties of song, yuan, Ming and qing are the body,bardo and urine is yellow,abdominal distension full, dim complexion,anorexia,fever,limb weakness,chills and so on. The common syndrome elements are deficiency of vital energy, endogenous hygrosyndrome, yang deficiency, endogenous cold,blood stasis,yin deficiency,Internal heating,cold,blood insufficiency,wet,qi depression,essence deficiency, etc.And deficiency of vital energy of which is the most common.The disease mainly in spleen, kidney, liver, stomach,and also have a contact with heart,lung,small intestine, large intestine. The combination of syndromes lead to five syndromes: spleen dysfunction due to dampness, cold-dampness disturbing spleen,wet trapped the spleen and kidney of Yang deficiency, deficiency of qi and blood, syndrome of yin deficiency and blood stasis,which are clinical common yin jaundice syndrome type.Conclusion The physicians during dynasties of song, yuan, Ming and qing period thought Yin huang is card of the actual situation mixture.It,s main etiology and pathogenesis are:cold dampness aggregates of spleen,damp abundance due splenic asthenia,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, qi stagnation and blood stasis, asthenia of qi and blood, Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, blood stasis of liver and spleen.Its essence is deficiency of internal organs,qi,blood,Yin and Yang.And with cold,wet,qi,phlegm,fire and blood stasis married each other. Yin yellow onset symptoms are diversified, but ithey are attributed to the Yin Syndrome and deficiency syndrome category.The main composition form of syndrome elements is in two combinations. And Qi deficiency in wet resistance, Yang deficiency in wet is the most common combination.
