Protective Effects Of Alfalfa Licorice Soup Combined With Tangzhitang Decoction On Rats With Acute Myocardial Ischemia Induced By Isoproterenol (ISO)

Objective To explore the antioxidant protection of combined Fulingxingrengancao Decoction andJuzhijiang Decoction on acute myocardial ischemia rats.Method 50 adult health clean male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups by random number table. They are normal control group, acute myocardial ischemia model group, low dose Chinese traditional medicine group, high dose Chinese traditional medicine group and isoprenaline(Xinkang) group. Each group was respectively taken corresponding processing and using isoprenaline(ISO) mode. To explore the influence of combined Fulingxingrengancao Decoction andJuzhijiang Decoction on acute myocardial ischemia rats. We focus on electrocardiogram(ECG), serum creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK- MB), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX).Result High dose group and low dose group can improve the acute myocardial ischemia rats electrocardiogram J and T wave changes down(P < 0.05), no statistically significant difference between high dose group and low dose group(P> 0.05); High dose group and low dose group can reduce the content of LDH, CK – MB and MDA in different level, increase the activity of SOD and GSH-PX(P< 0.05). And between high dose group and low dose group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Combined Fulingxingrengancao Decoction andJuzhijiang Decoction has obvious antioxidant protection on ISO induced myocardial ischemia rat model.
